Great therapist
Written on Nov 28, 2023 after therapy with Katy for 3 weeks on issues concerning stress, anxiety, and relationship issues
I find that my new therapist Katy has shown me in just two sessions (and a few message texts), that she is able to know the precise moment to inject therapeutic wisdom into my storyline.
I like to talk. Katy tolerates it and is always attentive while I tell a new story. Without missing a beat, she helps me to see a deeper level into myself and can talk my language.
I’m glad that she is who I get to work with on my journey. I’ve told a few close friends some of her wisdom that she shared with me, when they call ME for advice!! The reply that I get is “I never thought about it that way.” I’m feeling good here so far.
